Happy Monday:) I started my Monday off right with a 6am yoga class!  I’m going to go again tomorrow morning. Got home from yoga and wrote out my morning pages in my journal (my 3 pages of stream of conscience ramble), listened to Morning Coach and even did a mini 5 minute meditation. It was all such a powerful and uplifting start to the day.

Then it was Vitamix time!

Bring on the KALE.

Frozen berries, 2 bananas juice of a lemon, ginger and a wack of kale!

Vroom vroom, let’s go for a spin.

“Hello, my name is healthy <3″

I did a pile of auditions today, and took a little break tooooo… You guesssed it the dog park. On my walk there though, I saw some birds… some beautiful birds of paradise and….

Roosters?! Seriously this would be just like walking down any street in your neighbourhood, but then, oh look- behind your neighbours fence is a bunch of chicks.

Hey, at least the owners don’t need an alarm clock.

He gazed into each others eye….

So did anyone watch the awards show yesterday? (Golden Globes yesterday?) I didn’t watch them, but I saw this picture of Charlize Theron online and I just always think she is so gorgeous!

What a great hairstyle too!! Here is step by step how her “MANE man” did it (get it? Mane man…damn I’m funny)
Here’s Anglieri’s step-by-step for creating the look:

* “I started with already dry, naturally waved hair, and curled small sections with a 2” curling iron to enhance the volume and texture. I used the larger iron because I didn’t want to curl her hair, but to refine the natural wave. This helped create an effortless transition from her natural look to red carpet.”
*“Once finished, I lightly misted the curled sections with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray. After a few minutes, I completely brushed through her hair with a Moroccanoil Ionic Ceramic Paddle brush to eliminate any trace of separation, for a natural, clean look with a romantic, soft texture.”
*“Next, I swept the hair to the left and made three sections. I pulled and rolled the first two into a loose bun and pinned them, working with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray throughout the process to control and hold the hair in place. I released and wrapped the last section under and around the bun and pinned it. Finally, I adjusted and freed strands in the bun looked so it looked even more unstructured, messy, and a bit wispy.
*“To finish the look, I sprayed the hair with Moroccanoil Frizz Control, the key product to making this look work and photograph well. Moroccanoil Frizz Control made any flyways disappear, gave me more control of the hair and the look of the bun, and kept everything frizz-free and in place through the evening. I then placed the Cartier diamond headband into the style.”

I think I’m going to “attempt” this look tomorrow. I’ll try it and take a picture for you! If you try it, please send it my way:)

And there ya have it! All in a days work. What’s new with you???
