Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Today in Canada we celebrated our Thanksgiving. I am really taking it mellow today (even though I did do some voicing, but I don’t really consider it work)

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving

I kinda took today off from using my brain, lol but the one thing I DID do was write my 3 pages of stream of conscience writing upon waking up.  (cute new notebook from Target)

Journal writing everyday

I swear, this habit has changed my life for the better… I got the idea from The Artist’s Way by Julie Cameron.

Another thing I had decided to do to get myself out of my comfort zone is to do another 30 day yoga challenge!!! Remember I did one last year?

That 30 day yoga challenge was difficult, but it was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. I am starting my 30 day yoga challenge on Thursday and I would love for you to join me on a 30 day challenge of your own? What can you do for 30 days in a row? <- read that post to get some ideas on what you could choose to do for 30 days. I am SO Excited!!

    Ok you INSPIRED me again!

    My 30 Challenge is going to be to wake up every morning and do that free flowing stream of conscience writing you mentioned! I’ve heard about it a ton of times but YOU my friend are the one that has finally been the fire under my butt with your enthusiasm about EVERYTHING!


    I will let you know how it goes! I got a cute little notebook too! (not as cute as yours though!) :)

      Aww, you totally made my day Sylvia. You are so cool. I think after 30 days of writing, you won’t want to quite. I crave it now and if I miss it I am itching for it (probably like you with the fitness) Let me know how it goes. When are you starting?     I have to try that writing in the morning. That does sound like a great idea. I need to take more time to work on projects like this.
